I have the right to decline ANY commission requests with or w/o explanation.

Please provide me with a reference sheet or anything that IS NOT shaded and shows all your character features and markings. (I will not accept VR models, fursuit pics, shaded art or shaded reference sheets, pixel art or traditional art.)

I have the right to ask for verification of character ownership.

I only draw plantigrade furries and feral characters, so please keep that in mind. If your character is digitigrade I will swap it to plantigrade - no exceptions. If you’d rather I don’t, then my services unfortunately aren’t for you.

I will draw suggestive/pinups but there won't be nudity! I'm working on my anatomy.

I DO NOT draw feral NSFW or anthro characters with feral genitalia (knots, sheaths)!

I DO NOT work with due dates or rush fees. I do not guarantee any specific dates I may give as Turn Around Time however, I do my best to get commissions done within 2-3 months, depending on projects. Any drastic changes in TAT will be communicated.

My TRELLO queue is open to the public for commission updates.

The commission must be paid in full, upfront, through PayPal only, via invoice.

The accepted currency is USD.

If there are any major changes to the piece after it is lined, you’ll pay extra. (Such as outfit changes, posing changes, background changes, etc. Except for coloring/marking mistakes on my part).

I DO NOT do refunds, and will only give out such if I wish to not work with you anymore. I have the right to cancel your commission at any time.

If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

Do not negotiate prices or ask for discounts that are not previously agreed upon.

Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

Print the art for personal use, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money from it in any way, YouTube videos included).

Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.

Removing any watermarks/signatures.

Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.

Uploading any artwork to Pinterest, with or w/out credit, is strictly prohibited.

I only accept USD as payment via PayPal invoicing, or Kofi.

You must pay within 24 hours of claiming. Failing to do so will result in private blacklisting.

I DO NOT do holds unless otherwise stated. Do not offer if you do not have the funds.

Payment plans are available for +$100 offers, WITH a downpayment of 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE); or a downpayment of 30% for +$150 offers (NON-REFUNDABLE). One month deadline, ideally.

You must own a TOYHOU.SE account in order to own a design made by me and such character must not be sold to non-users and must be kept in-site at all times.

You may alter images to fit any changes you’d like to give the character, but please keep the original files in the profile. You may hide them.

Change gender, information, species, accessories, aesthetics, and the design as desired (if you'd like to add yourself as an extra designer, please check with me first).

Use for personal or commercial use.

Add onto the character’s value by adding personal pieces.

Utilize it in NSFW pieces or fursuit/doll making.

Hide the character’s profile for privacy but NOT delete it.

Alter images to fit any changes given to the character, always keeping the original, unedited files in the profile (may be hidden).

Claim the design as their own.

Re-sell for more unless it comes with additional art (reselling includes vouchers and any form of real-life or online currency).

Sell the design for any currency if the design was acquired by trade/gift and does not come with additional art.

Use the character for feral NSFW, "babyfur"/ABDL, hate speech or any harmful fetish.

Redesign and sell the redesigned version without my written permission (no ''breedables'').

Delete or delete and reupload a character made by me. This also includes deleting, reuploading and crediting with other sources that are not any of my toyhouse accounts. All my designs must be their original profiles, and credited with my updated toyhouse usernames (fablef0lk / saturnf0lk).

The above applies to character artwork.

Do not sell/trade/gift my designs to those who don't own a toyhou.se account. I can provide invite codes for free if needed.
